Dan Davala, fishing manager for Orvis-Arlington, is the founding member of the Tidal Potomac FlyRodders (www.tpfr.org). He’s an FFF Master Certified Casting Instructor and is indefatigable in his desire to teach fly fishing to anyone who’ll stand still long enough to hold a fly rod. The festival is pleased to have Dan as one of our Spey casting instructors this year.
